cquinnChristine J. Quinn, Ph.D., is a turnaround expert who supports the transformation of underperforming universities and colleges to insitutions that thrive. She works with University leaders to: 1) Build high performing leadership teams; 2) Develop data and market informed sustainable growth strategies; 3) Successfully lead people and institutions through college mergers and organizatonal re-alignment; 4) Make critical talent decisions; 5) Develop accountability systems to ensure execution of strategic priorities; 6) Apply rapid design and process improvement processes for the academic enterprise; and 7) Build and design leading edge faculty and staff performance management systems; all for the purpose of operaing the institution with excellence.

Dr. Quinn is an energetic education executive with more than 26 years of leadership experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She has firsthand practical knowledge of universities gained through several academic leadership positions from Department Chair, to Dean to Associate Vice President to Provost. Dr. Quinn’s experiences have been in land grant, comprehensive and non-profit settings taking her to New Mexico State University, University of Wisconsin-Extension, University of Wisconsin Stout, Winona State University and National Louis University. Her transformational work has been recognized by University Associations like the National Association of College and University Business Officers.

Dr. Quinn also has experience in small business ownership and has worked with a variety of entrepreneurs. She believes in engaging and empowering people so they can unleash their true potential and get positive results. Further, she helps businesses focus on the bottom line and return on investment.

Dr. Quinn holds a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Wisconsin and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. She has also attended a wide-range of leadership development programs offered by Harvard University, the American Council on Education, and other well-respected institutions.
