Larry Kujovich has over three decades of leadership experience in Fortune 500, private, and personally owned businesses. A pragmatic visionary with deep, broad experience he has used organizational transformation to create sustainable business models, strong stakeholder focus and benchmark processes. His expertise in top line growth, financial management, brand and market development, technology integration, and change management created bright futures for his companies. He has implemented multi-faceted strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, new product innovations, technology alliances, and process optimization, to generate business growth.

Mr. Kujovich held divisional President positions at Xerox Corporation and The Toro Company where he gained extensive experience working with Strategic Business Units operating on multiple levels of distribution with complex matrix challenges. He was President/CEO of Dietzgen Corporation and AECX, a technology start-up. Larry has extensive Board experience including Chair of the Association of Engineering and Graphics Imaging and Trustee of The Children’s Foundation of Illinois. Most recently, he was Board Chair of One Hope United, a Chicago based multi-state not-for-profit agency serving kids and families, where he helped to create SBU Divisions with an overarching “utility function” Federation. Mr. Kujovich has also been noted for his application of benchmark business processes and strategies in the government and social services sector. He was an award winning instructor in the United States Air Force and has a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Wharton School.
