Gary Longman


Gary Longman brings 30 plus years of consulting firm practice, based in results-focused strategies and outcomes, to Executive Partners.

Mr. Longman’s long-term tenure as a Partner in charge of KPMG’s Assurance practice for the Chicago Metro practice unit provided extensive experience serving both private and publicly held multinational companies including, but not limited to, Alberto-Culver Company; Ace Hardware Corporation; Bell & Howell Company; Midas International; Rubbermaid, Inc.; Pepsi Cola General Bottlers, Inc. and many more Fortune 500 companies.

Upon his retirement from KPMG, Mr. Longman focused on community involvement, which led to his accepting the position of President and CEO of the Sunny Ridge Family Center, Inc., a not-for-profit social services and child welfare agency involved in both domestic and international adoptions and adoption related counseling.

Mr. Longman received a B.S. from Northern Illinois University in accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served on the boards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Illinois CPA Society; Junior Achievement of Chicago; The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce; The Mental Health Association of Greater Chicago; The Mental Health Association of DuPage County; The College of Business at Northern Illinois University; The Economic Club of Chicago and the Chicago Menttium 100 mentoring program.

He holds several board directorships including director and audit committee chair of CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc.; director and audit committee chair EB Financial Inc.; and director of Illinois Children’s Healthcare Foundation.
