Kevin Sander

Kevin Sander has been in leadership positions for over 20 years in Fortune 500 and personally owned businesses. He has headed companies in the field of technology solutions, systems integration, consumer goods, and telecommunications. He has a strong background in accounting, finance, technology, and sales leadership.

Mr. Sander has worked in the printing output and document management business at multiple levels for over 15 years, having the responsibilities of sales, service operations, and facilities management. He has a strong understanding of the technology in document output management, as well as experience in designing and supporting facility management, print shops, mailrooms, digital information and distribution. His most recent work was in leadership positions at Canon working with their major accounts division and facility management division, but he has also worked with Konica Minolta, Sharp, Lanier (now Ricoh), and Kyrocera-Mita manufacturers. He is intimately familiar with single function printers including HP, Lexmark, Epson, and Dell.

Mr. Sander has over 15 years' experience in running businesses. He has a deep understanding of business processes, having run businesses that install and support ERP systems, hotel reservation systems, contact centers, point of sale systems, and CRM systems across a wide variety of industries. This broad knowledge of the 'plumbing ' of how a business works enables him to identify inefficiencies and understand how technology can be applied. He has trained in and worked on projects using lean and six sigma methodologies.

Mr. Sander brings strong skills in business case modeling and developing multiple scenarios to allow clarity in making business strategy decisions. His business case work has been utilized both for gaining alignment internally to push through a new initiative, as well as creating a value proposition to an external customer. He has designed sales structures that enable objective performance assessment and improvement based on key performance metrics, and go-to-market strategies utilizing innovative, data driven approaches. His cost savings work has saved his clients multimillions of dollars. His collaborative style helps enroll business stakeholders in the process for change and opens up new possibilities for doing things better.

Kevin has a degree in Accounting from Indiana University and a Masters of Business Administration from Central Queensland University (Australia), graduating with Distinction and earning the Achievement Award for top student.
