Robert Oberwise is a business strategist and organizational and improvement consultant. For 30 years, Mr. Oberwise has been Managing Partner of Executive Partners (EPI) helping organizations manage the complexities of change, unlocking unprecedented business results and leader outcomes. Rob is a behavior scientist applying methods in acceleration and sustain improvement change. He has worked in 15 countries around the world.
Prior to EPI, Rob was COO for Carson Pirie Scott and Chief Human Resources Officer for Xerox, and American Express subsidiaries.
Rob has a masters degree from Loyola University. He is a published author (Palgrave McMillan, Harvard Business Review), frequent lecturer, team facilitator and coach.
